Today is my first workout since I started getting sick 2 weeks ago. My pace was a little slower since I still have a respiratory infection. I did 3 miles on the elliptical in 37 minutes. My lungs were hurting!...I felt great though. I am always amazed at how much I miss my workouts when I don't do them.
This means I am half-a-mile from my next destination. So, take a look at the giant shoe made of shoes:)
