Come with me on my virtual walking weight loss journey. For every mile I walk on a treadmill, step on a stairmaster, or stride on an eliptical machine, I will move across the map toward a new and interesting roadside attraction.

4 more miles
These miles are for mowing our lawn. It was an hour to mow on a steep incline. If I would have done something similar on the elliptical it would have been more miles but I just figure 1 mile per 15 minutes.
