2 miles today+1 for strength 2 other days
I guess I pushed myself a little too hard having bronchitis the other day. I kept cardio low and did some strength training and stretching 2 days this week...I will count that as one more mile. Hopefully I will get at least 2 more miles in today. Heading to the home of Big Foot! Can't wait to walk there.
